Welcome

I believe in nourishing self-love in order to love all beings. I believe in healing oneself in order to help others heal, yet knowing that without healing the whole community one can never really be healed as an individual. I believe in discipline as a way to freedom. I believe there is no good or bad, yet sometimes, bad things happen to good people and good things happen to bad people. I believe that the world is a beautiful place where daily, awful and wonderful things happen. I believe that many things are unfair and don’t make any sense and that at the same time everything happens for a reason. I believe in learning in order to understand how little you know and realise that at the core of your being you know it all. I believe each of us is unique and that we are all one. I believe that truly accepting what it is, is the only way towards a long-lasting change and evolvement.

I believe in focusing on one thing at a time and never forgetting that nothing is a result of one thing only. I believe that each one of us is responsible for the life we live and that the life we live is often a result of the world we, the human race, have created. I believe that the only certainty is that nothing is certain and that the only constant is change. I believe in miracles. I believe in talking less and letting your body speak out loudly and clearly and finally be heard.

I believe that to know, see, love and be yourself is the most courageous, important and hardest process in life.

I know that love is the answer. Always.
